A lawsuit case against Glenn Straub 73, a former Atlantic City Casino owner is going to be delayed due to the pandemic that is affecting the world. Straub is facing up to 15 years in prison if he gets to be convicted on the charges he is facing. According to the court documents, Jessica Straub’s ex-girlfriend, alleges that Straub filed fraudulent liens on her home in 2017. According to Jessica, Straub was upset because she had broken up with him.

Wellington developer’s spokesperson in a statement said that Straub s innocent and that he will fight the charges and will be exonerated.

“We have a vindictive ex-girlfriend here who has turned a simple civil dispute over her unpaid construction bills into a criminal complaint by spinning false tales to law enforcement,” he said.

Elizabeth Parker who is representing Jessica said that indeed the activities were fraudulent and all the evidence she has against him proves it.

The case has been scheduled and postponed 3 times so far due to the coronavirus pandemic with the disposition now set for 19 May.
